Produced water treatment at 331 m³/h
Pielkenrood designed and supplied a produced water treatment package for Occidental Oman. With a design flow of 331 m³/h, the installation combines primary oil–water separation with downstream filtration.
Crossflow separation and nutshell filtration
A pressurised Cross Flow Interceptor separates free oil and settleable solids from the water. Three nutshell filters provide a subsequent treatment stage for residual oil and suspended solids.
A coordinated equipment package
The supply included utility pumps, access platforms, piping, valves, instrumentation and electrical equipment. Pielkenrood provided erection and installation supervision, followed by commissioning and start-up supervision.
